Thank you khalile and tamsyn for your amazing service on our wedding day. The photos are beautiful, you have captured our day perfectly. But you made it not just about the photos. Your service encouragement, advice and experience were so useful helping us capture our day. I also know how much help you both were with helping Lauren get ready, something we will both never forget your an absolute godsend thank you so much forever Grateful X

Lauren & Andy chose us for their 'Game of Thrones' inspired Pendennis Castle Wedding after meeting me at the castle's wedding open day last year.
Bless her, Lauren really was a blushing bride, and with their three young children to look after she left Andy to deal with most of the organising. One of the things he did rather well was to book Lauren into the boutique Oceanic Hotel in Falmouth, which was really close to Pendennis Castle the night before the wedding, which was where we found her and the girls getting ready.

Lauren bought her beautiful gown at Wed2B in Bristol, nearer to where she lives, and I'm sorry to say I've never seen the show before, but she also managed to find a garter from 'Game of Thrones' to surprise Andy with later in the day. And for her blooms, she went to George McKay Flowers

Lauren had the help of her two beautiful sisters and mum, and her own daughter to assist her in getting ready for the day she'd waited for for nine years.

We had a couple of spare minutes, so we got a few photos of the girls together before it was time to leave for Pendennis.

To get to Pendennis Andy booked Celebration Cars who have two vintage cars, one of which they used to get there and the other to get back at the end of the day.

On arrival everyone was already in the castle except Lauren's ring bearing son & her Dad Wayne.

Lauren and Andy went for the 4:30pm ceremony time over the 12:30pm ceremony at Pendennis, and the beauty of this is that you get the run of the whole castle and grounds after the ceremony, so after the ceremony was finished we headed outside for canapés and bubbles.

Bless them, Lauren and Andy told me before the day that they weren't overly confident in front of the lens so we headed upstairs to the top of the castle for some couple shot away from prying eyes.

We were only gone a few minutes before we headed back to their guests for a few group photos, and to hear the fire of one of the giant guns to announce dinner.

Lauren and Andy chose lots of 'Game of Throne' bits to decorate their day, including the table plan (Which I thought looked great even though I knew nothing about the programme), table names and place cards.

The wedding breakfast was a fun filled affair and the speeches were top flight if not a little blue (hand slap Joey ;0) )

I always say that its not the weather that makes a wedding day but the love of the people around the couple, but it is nice being able to slip outside to get some air now and then.

As a grand finale Lauren & Andy laid on a firework display for their guests, carried out by Celebration Pyrotechnics

Dearest Lauren & Andy, thank you so much for involving Tams and I in your big day. We wish you a long and happy life together!!!

Love K&T xx
